in me....i want to be happy with myself....how do some people do it so easily? i have to really work at liking me. i cut again the other nite and i don't want to do that anymore. it's just so hard to hold everything in, all the pain, i just want to let a little out...and the blood makes me feel better somehow. i know it's not right, i just haven't developed the coping skills i need to get thru that point when i feel the need to cut. i know i should call someone, but i don't ever think about that when i get to that point. nothing else comes into my mind except getting that pain out, and feeling i deserve it. i'm writing this here cuz my daughter reads my xanga all the time and i can't write what i feel much of the time. i sure hope she doesn't read this.
